Born in Florence, after completing his technical studies and a brief internship, he took on the role of Director at Euronics, one of the largest retail chains in Italy. He later chose to work with one of the world's leading insurance companies, part of the Generali Group. Subsequently, he was directly appointed by Lloyd’s of London to develop the Italian market.
After moving to Budapest, he specialized in tax reduction systems and real estate investments. He earned a degree in Financial and Marketing Business Development from the University of Miami and later joined the Chamber of Commerce in Malta, becoming Vice President and Malta’s representative in Brussels at the EEIG. In the same role, he managed passport procedures on behalf of Kingstone Smith, Malta’s largest tax consultancy firm.
He was later appointed by the British investment bank Bandenia to oversee the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean markets, eventually being sent on a one-year mission to Miami, Florida. He then participated in and led the creation of an investment bank in Hong Kong, Expert Bank & Trust, which he still presides over, resigning as General Manager of the British bank. The latter manages one of Central Africa’s largest mining brokerage firms, EGO Expert Gold Operator, of which he became President.
The bank established its representative offices first in Bulgaria and later in Dubai, where he moved for three years, permanently leaving Malta and his previous roles. In 2016, together with his friend Lorenzo, he founded US Company Advisor, aiming to create an attractive business hub for companies and professionals in one of the world’s most thriving markets.
Additionally, he manages companies in the fashion and entertainment sectors, contributing to the production of film projects and international events.
Lorenzo Lisi - General Manager e Partner

Born in Florence, after completing his studies in economics, he obtained ministerial authorizations to operate in the credit and financial investment sector. Following experience in tax and managerial consulting, at the age of 27, he was appointed General Manager of a major financial and international consulting firm, beginning collaborations with international organizations focused on commercial and tax development.
In 2016, he moved to California with his family—his American-born wife and their daughter—to oversee and develop companies in the internationalization process. From 2016 to the present, he has held positions as General Manager and partner in major American companies in the food, real estate, and fashion sectors, managing administrative and commercial activities.
In this context, he founded US Company Advisor, aiming to become a key player for foreign investors in the processes of tax optimization and internationalization.
Since 2021, he has been elected as a council member of Comites Los Angeles and appointed as President of the "Entrepreneurship and Commerce" division.
Letizia Tang - Vice President & Fashion Manager
"LETIZIA TANG"
Born in Hong Kong but raised in Florence, Italy, she completed her entire education there, culminating in a degree from Polimoda (International Polytechnic of Fashion) in Fashion Marketing and Management, graduating with top honors.
After earning her degree, she returned to her birthplace for a professional experience at Lane Crawford, one of the most prestigious luxury department stores in Asia, where she worked in public relations and special event development.
Upon returning to Italy after a year abroad, she joined a fashion knitwear and accessories representation agency, working primarily with European clients—especially in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria—and traveling frequently. Her experience grew to the point that, in 2010, she decided to start her own business.
With the support of her husband, she first founded Lotustyle Fashion srl, which later evolved into Expert Advice Ltd, with offices in Malta and Bulgaria. She collaborated with world-renowned brands such as Karl Lagerfeld, Hugo Boss, Joop, and Bogner, while also developing private label collections of fashion accessories, entirely Made in Italy.
Together with her husband, she is also active in the entertainment industry, contributing to the production of film projects and international events.
In 2018, she launched a new venture in California, Expert Advice B&T LLC, with the goal of collaborating with California-based fashion companies, managing their development and production in Italy, where Italian quality remains a strong added value.
This initiative was followed by an even more ambitious project: the launch of Mooda Bites, a brand of fashion accessories exclusively Made in Italy, inspired by the colors, vibrancy, and joyful spirit of the "California mood."
